In rare cases, if a recall occurs, AiMallidl will initiate appropriate procedures to quickly and effectively remove non-compliant products from stores. Products that do not meet AiMallidl or government standards will be efficiently and thoroughly withdrawn from sale.

Here, you don't need to set your standards too high, nor do you need to lower your expectations. If it's not the best, we will never sell it. We continuously test our products and use a ranking system to ensure they meet stringent standards. We also commission professional quality and safety auditing companies to audit our suppliers.

If parts are missing, please refer to the product manual or packaging for confirmation. We do not provide spare parts, so please return the item to the store within 90 days or the warranty period for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. A receipt is required for a refund; if no receipt is available, we will refund store points based on the last sale price. For warranty returns after 90 days, please contact us.
